Pay a visit to Wadi El-Natrun, the actual birthplace for Christian monasticism. Get excited by visiting Deir al-Baramus, Deir Anba Bishoi, Deir Abu Maqar and Deir El-Suryani.You are going to be taken by a modern air-conditioned vehicle to Wadi El-Natroun, the actual birthplace for Christian monasticism. Basically, there were about 50 monasteries; only 4 have survived into modern times.

Start your trip visiting Deir al-Baramus which is the oldest of the surviving 4 monasteries, and it is considered to be the most isolated.

After that move to visit Deir Anba Bishoy whose body is still in the monastery.

Proceed to Deir Abu Maqar which is the richest monastery now in Wadi El-Natroun as it has more than 100 monks and 600 workers in the extensive farm which spreads in front of it.

End your trip with Deir El-Suryani which is the smallest and most compact of the 4 monasteries.

Enjoy a sightseeing day to Karnak Temple, the greatest example of worship in history; it was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Greco Roman Kingdom.

After that pay a visit to Luxor Temple, It was built by Amunhotep III in 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty. King Ramses II was the most famous king in the 19th Dynasty. He ruled Egypt for about 67 years. Relish visiting Obelisk of Ramses II in front of the 1st Pylon.
